'Frog Squats ZUU'

'1. Elbows inside knees 2. Feet hip width apart (or wider) 3. Lower hips to heels 4. Loft hips up to sky keeping elbows inside knees 5. Apply pressure with elbow  Start off slow for range. Option of increasing speed keeping good range.'
