'Best Home Workouts: Metabolic HIIT ZUU Circuit'

'Get fit and improve your mobility with this awesome home/travel workout that takes less than 20 minutes.   Suitable for all levels — the nature of the exercises allow you to control your effort and intensity of the workout. This low impact, multidirectional, true HIIT workout is super safe and will not only smash your cardio and burn fat but will improve your mobility and function.   The most important focus is to move through the biggest range of motion possible. The aim to increase power and the. Speed of the exercises BUT never at the expense of correct technique or range of motion.   The workout consists of 10 exercises done in back-to-back pairs for 20 seconds each exercise with 20 seconds rest (40 seconds work : 20 seconds rest). The circuit of 5 pairs is repeated 3 times.
