'Bodyweight session today incorporating some Animal Flow and ZUU with intervals on the treadmill.  Protocol: Intervals 30s & 60s, R30s  Complete the bodyweight movement for the desired reps within the 30-sec intervals then during the 30-sec rest, transition to the treadmill. Completing the 30\'s rest, run for 60-sec at the desired speed and incline.  Time: Running clock of 30-minutes.  1. Kicksits 30x. 2.. Reverse caterpillar & walk back 4x 6m. 3. Travelling Beast 4x 6m (up & back). 4. Kicksits 30x. 5. Reverse caterpillar & walk back 4x 6m. 6. Straddles 30x. 7. Run fwd, Reverse bear return 10x 6m. 8.
