'Walking Exercise for Weight Loss // Join me for a 30 minute walking exericse for weight loss workout. This is a low impact workout for anyone looking to jump start their weight loss goals.  This at home workout can be done once or twice to burn more calories. You can also add 3-5 lb weights to increase the intensity.  Remember that this is your workout so if you need to take breaks feel free to.  Consistency is the key to seeing change so be sure to incorporate this workout plus my other workouts for a minimum of 3x a week. If the workout is too challenging take a break and come back or build your way up through the entire workout. You choose your hard.  Welcome to my channel Moore2Health!
