'This is an arm workout that I do to get a super pump. It primarily uses metabolic stress to accomplish this, but on the last couple of sets with the arms pre exhausted you get a taste of metabolic tension too. I first did this workout because it was the only upper body workout I could do while my shoulder was healing. I\'ve kept it in my arsenal because of the crazy results it gives me. using a variety of dumbbell curls and triceps extensions I pump my arms up over an inch and expose some crazy vascularity in the process.'
