'Welcome to first version of Full Body Jump Rope HIIT Workout with Dumbbell. Today I\'m adding jump rope & dumbbell to our routine to spice up the cardio & strength training. The entire sets are perfect for fat burning and build lean muscle. If you don\'t have a jump rope, you can switch it to jumping jacks, high knee or butt kick.   Total 4 tracks (30 sec work 10 sec break) with minimal repetition. Try to challenge & push yourself for this 30 minutes, make it worth. Don\'t forget to stretch and cool down after the workout especially your calf muscle.
