'Highlights from our trip to IDEA World Fit in Los Angeles.  We used this convention as a platform to launch our concept into the fitness community.  We had the time of our lives, doing what we love most with a fabulous mix of old and new friends.  Big shout out to BollyX and U-Jam for bringing it to the dance floor with us!  We can\'t wait to meet up with these people again!'
