'What is FST-7?'

'In this video, I explain what FST-7 is and why it\'s a highly effective weight training program if you\'re looking to gain muscle.  The FST-7 method was created by world-famous trainer Hany Rambod and has used this training method for his clients to pack on muscle. Hany has trained many movie stars and pro bodybuilders.  FST stands for Fascia Stretch Training, and the seven refers to the seven sets performed for the final exercise of a target body part. I have had many clients use this system for overall growth and especially to improve stubborn body parts that were seemingly resistant to just about anything else the person had tried.  The FST-7 training principle works like this: when you train a specific muscle group, during your very last exercise of that muscle group, you perform an exercise with 7 sets of 12-15 repetitions with only 30-second rest in between sets.   Muscle has deep fascia. This is the dense fibrous connective tissue that surrounds the muscles, bones, nerves, and blood vessels of the body can sometimes hinder muscle growth due to its density. So this method was developed to stretch that muscle fascia, allowing the muscles to grow bigger and fuller.
