'10-Minute Arm PUMP Workout

But this Arm Only Workout doesn\'t need to take 30 minutes to be effective.  If you keep the weights moderate, the rest periods SHORT and move swiftly from exercise to exercise, you can accomplish A LOT in only 10-15 minutes!  Listen, we all agree that compound lifts are the key to unlocking total body strength, size and performance BUT occasionally you might be looking for a nice quick arm pump routine... and this is exactly what you need :-)  The protocol called for in this video is do 2 consecutive sets of the same exercise with only 30 secs rest between sets. Then move to the next exercise. See below...  10-Minute Arm PUMP Workout | 10 Exercises for TOTAL Arm Strength - Perform 2 Sets Each | Reps 8-10 | Rest 30 Seconds  (exercises as written on board at the start of the video)  1. Incline DB Curl 2. Incline DB Kickback 3. DB Zottman Curl 4. DB Overhead Extension 5. E-Z Bar Reverse Curl 6. KB Bottoms Up Curl 7. KB Skull Crusher 8. BB Arm Curl 9. BW Prone Arm Ext 10. Wrist Roller  Of course this workout may take closer to 15 minutes considering transition from one exercise to the next. But the idea is move quickly, rest briefly and don\'t stop moving.
