'Total Body Barbell Pump Workout At Home Aerobic 20 Minutes'

'Get ready for this week\'s total body barbell pump workout! This is a great home aerobic workout that will work your cardio and strengthen your muscles. Perfect for doing when your time is limited and just wanna complete a workout quickly and efficiently. 20 minutes may be short, but it is still better than no minutes. For this total body HIIT workout you\'ll need a barbell with weight plates or a pair of dumbells. I\'m using a 20kg aerobic pump set.  The workout will be split into 5 circuits with 50 seconds rest in between. For each circuit we will alternate between 2 exercises for 7 times. Split is 20/10. I\'ll be doing a combination of barbell and bodyweight movement. Again we\'ll start with a quick warmup and get right into it. This should be fun! Or not! I\'ll let you decide. Cheers!
