B E A C H  P U M P ...  **Warm Up** DB Chest Press  Barbell Bench Press Weighted Cable Crunches Lat Pull Down (For all of these exercises you’ll do 8-12 reps if the weight is heavy or 15+ reps if weight is lighter)  *Finisher* Muscle ups (Can sub for Pull Ups or more Lat Pulls) Dips (Burnout with both of these *push to failure*) ...  When it comes to getting a proper pump you want to lay on lots of volume. You can do this by using heavy weights at an 8 to 12 rep range or going with lighter weights at a much higher rep range but in both instances you want your final reps to be a STRUGGLE. The point is to and engorge the working muscles with blood flow so they swell.
