'Upper Back Pump Workout (I LOVE these 7 Exercises)'

'If you train back twice a week, here is a great second session for the week.  The goal here is a major pump, take it easy on my low back and not to trash my nervous system.    Now let’s say you want to do this as your stand-alone back day, I would simply cut the Rope Pulldown and add your favorite low back exercise of choice.   Notice how I directly target every section of my upper back.  This is such a complex muscle, that to me, needs to be attacked from a few different angles to optimally train it.
