'Orangetheory Fitness Grand Rapids - More than just a \"gym\"'

'Orangetheory Fitness is a one of a kind workout. We are more than just a \"gym\" - we are a community of people who care about each other and encourage one another to push our limits!  ​Orangetheory Fitness is a 1-Hour, FULL BODY Workout led by a Certified Personal Trainer.  Our Classes are 1/2 Endurance and 1/2 Strength and Power.  We use High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which is proven to burn more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. We call this the AFTER BURN!  Everyone wears a Heart Rate Monitor and your Real Time Results are displayed on large screens throughout the Studio.  We train in 5 different Heart Rate Zones.  Intensity is based on your own individual heart rate making the workout effective for all fitness levels! The goal is to spend at least 12 minutes in the ORANGE zone which results in the AFTER BURN!   Come try a class for free!'
