'100 Rep Pullup Challenge (NEW YEAR WORKOUT)'

'For the past several years, I\'ve made it a tradition to set the tone of each New Year by doing something challenging and WILD. I truly believe that this sets you into a momentum that will last a very long time as long as you keep pushing it along. I actually did a 100 Rep Pullup workout 3 years ago and it feels right to repeat. I was out split boarding with the original monkii bars and thought that a mountain-top New Year monkii workout was appropriate. On the monkii side of life, we had another wildly successful Kickstarter and we continue to be EXTREMELY grateful for the monkii community that has been supportive beyond belief. As most of you may know, we had a SNAFU with manufacturing which has caused a very frustrating delay. However, the issue was solved and we are excited to be start shipping Q1 2019. On the personal side, I recently sat down and wrote out all of my accomplishments for 2018. It was the first time I\'ve even really done something like this and I found it to be a useful exercise. More than anything, it was a solid reminder of how fortunate I am. My next exercise is to write out my 2019 goals. These are not resolutions. For me, they are individual, finite, measurable adventures/challenges that you either complete or fail. I did this last year and I found that when I needed direction, having this document helped me to prioritize and remember the things I wanted to do. Try it out. One of my biggest take-aways from 2018 has been the power of community for motivation and commitment. There have been more monkiis than ever out doing badass and wild workouts, going on adventures, and improving their lives. This fuels me to step my game up and I hope that we can all continue to spread the wildness in 2019.  For this challenge, you can do the 100 Pullups any way you want as long as they occur on January 1, 2019. You could do all 100 in-a-row or break them up into smaller sets spread throughout the day.
