'Here\'s a little twist on some foundational chest moves.  A simple routine with bodyweight exercises and dumbbells to burn up your pecs!   You can use this workout if you\'re short on time, or if you need a break in the monotony of your usual chest routine.  It\'s critical to maintain strict form and use full range of motion when working your chest.  Be sure to mentally focus on your chest stretching and contracting with every rep!
