'Iron 5 pump/dip Dueling Pyramid   10 5 pumps, 1 dip, 9 5 pumps, 2 dips, 8 5 pumps, 3 dips, 7 5 pumps, 4 dips….. 1 5 pump burpee, 10 dips   *10 heavy kettlebell swings between each set, I used a 80lb bell.
