'Circuit H2O Aqua Exercise Workout'

'Welcome to a 3-ring circuit!  This athletic aquatic fitness workout features 3 different stations - featuring 3 different types of aquatic exercise equipment - foam hand bars, gloves and noodles.  Split your class up in two groups and have half using the equipment at each station and half doing the same exercise without equipment - and then have them switch off so the other group can do the exercises with the equipment.  Doing so targets different muscles, requires LESS equipment and proves to students that you really can work equally hard without equipment.
