'Jumping Rope For 30 Days | Weight Loss | Plus Size Fitness'

'To hold myself accountable during Quarantine I decided to do 30 days of jump rope. This became a fun way to workout. I did a few moderate exercises with this routine, but mostly it was jump roping. I saw REAL results. Like I talk about in the video at first my diet was normal AKA trash, but the I started intermittent fasting in a 16:8. It WORKS! I was surprised how quickly my body loved the new eating plan.
