'Our featured workout today incorporated a combination of HIIT/Tabata training. A variety of UNDERSUN Superbands and bodyweight were the resistance of choice today. This is the 1st round of 4. HIIT exercises were 40 sec. with 20 sec. rest .TABATA  exercises 20 sec. with 10 sec. rest.'
