Although, I\'m focusing on MyFitnessPal.com, much of this will translate to other applications.  Just keep in mind, myfitnesspal uses the Mifflin-St. Jeor Equation, where others may use the Harris-Benedict, Katch-McArdle, or Cunningham Formulas.  Episode 4 goes in depth into configuring MyFitnessPal\'s numbers.  If you don\'t understand the numbers or settings like: Daily Activity Level, Workouts, and the Weekly Weight Loss Goals, then you will benefit from watching this video.
