This week we\'re excited to share a special heavy jump rope workout for beginners. This is probably one of the easiest jump rope workout routines you can experiment with.  You will need a heavy jump rope to make it work:  This workout is built around two simple jump rope exercises - basic jumps and alternate foot jumps - and is designed to have you progress from a slow pace to a fast pace.
