And it\'s completely free. See you there!  ===================================================  15 Minute Get Fit Jump Rope Workout from Crossrope  This workout consists of 3 Tabata style intervals. The Tabata format is 20 seconds of high-intensity exercise (jumping) followed by 10 seconds of rests, and repeat this combo eight times for a total of eight minutes  1st Tabata: Using the 1/2 lb rope, execute jump rope jacks.  2nd Tabata: Using the 1/2 lb rope, execute mountain climbers.  3rd Tabata: Using the 1 lb rope, execute alternate footstep jumps.  Rest in between Tabatas (1-3 minutes or as needed).
