'http://www.VigorGroundFitness.com Before anyone starts with our programs we have them attend our orientation which we do 2x a week. Even if the client or trial member sits down with a coach for a strategy session 1 on 1 we still have them come to orientation as this breaks down our philosophy, what we do, how we do it and most importantly WHY we do it. We go through the 4 main success drivers that are key for transformation and then we do a movement competency assessment and teach the main lifts in great detail and show each person which level of the exercise they\'ll be using. We create expectations for the first 30-days and make sure everyone knows exactly how to reach out if they need anything, what the structure of training, base recommendations and where to find out more and ask any questions...amongst other things. I\'ve decided to continue to share more of the insights and behind the scenes of what we do and how we do it to better help coaches and gyms with setting up their own orientations as well as for clients to know what to look for in a gym that will help them succeed.'
