Lie down on one side with or without ankle weights. 2. The arm that\'s closest to the floor can be bent, and your other arm can either rest on your hip or on the floor in front of you for stability. Your bottom leg can either be straight or slightly bent so that you are comfortable lying on your hip. 3. Slowly raise your top leg as high as you can while maintaining a neutral pelvis.
