'Fasted 10 Min Jump Rope Workout to Focus and Calm Mind & Body'

I mixed the intensity of the workout by alternating between approximately 1 minute of gentle skipping with 20 doubles unders, and I continued in that fashion until the timer rang, which I set for 10 minutes.
