'Just a couple of guys and gals getting whiplash on the new Flowrider at the H2O Adventure + Fitness Centre here in Kelowna BC. We rented the whole thing for Britteny\'s birthday all to ourselves for 3 hours (10:30pm - 1:30) and we never stopped abusing our bodies. 3 Days later and the pain is still very obviously.
