'Womens Football Specific Strength & Fitness Group Training'

'This is a quick video to showcase some of the fun and challenging workouts we combine in our fitness classes using the concept of AFL Football. The idea for this program was put together by the AFL and is called AFL Active and its intention is to provide a constantly changing, high intensity total body work out based on AFL principles and techniques. Aimed at women it helps the girls learn how fun and challenging a fitness session can be using some of the movements from football.  We are lucky enough to have a VFL Football player as one of our trainers and the fact that we actually train many professional sportsmen and women, with several VFL players on our roster. So we know exactly what to do for sports specific drills.
