'DISCLAIMER: I’ve been working out 2-3yrs now but my nutrition sucks. I decided to eat clean and put my body in a calorie deficit to reveal the muscles that I gained in 2-3yrs time. But it’s not that much muscle gains because I’ve been always trying to cut to reveal my abs and I haven’t done a proper bulk/lean bulk I just eat whatever I want and that’s my biggest mistake. Now, I’m going to a phase where I’m just gonna be on my calorie maintenance to recover my body from the diet then I’ll proceed to a lean bulk phase. LET THE GAINS BEGIN!
