'HRC Fitness now offers Small Group Training classes.  During small group sessions, you’ll be placed with four to six other individuals. The trainer will work with each of you independently, offering encouragement and tips suited to your own personal goals and ability level. This might mean that while you’re doing beginner-level weightlifting, another group member could be doing cardio and another could be doing heavy leg work.
