'Mixed TABATA Circuit Variation Workout Idea for Boot Camp and Groups | FITNESS EDUCATION ONLINE'

'Today we bring you a circuit drill with a twist for your bootcamp and training sessions. The reason I love this circuit is that it plays around with timings and includes a few favourites! The trick is to keep the exercises at each station nice and simple. This variation needs a powerbag, kettlebell and a resistant band. Let us know what you think in the comments!
