'Let’s be honest – waking up at 4am for a workout is NOT easy! But there are habits and tips that helped me get up and going when I would take 5am Orangetheory classes 5x a week. . Here are my BEST TIPS for waking up early to work out: ▸Plan ahead. Lay out what you’re going to wear the night before, pack your gym bag and go to bed early! ▸Set your alarm and put it across the room so that you have to actually get up rather than rolling over and potentially hitting the snooze button. ▸Plan out your day to the hour. Knowing exactly what you’re going to be doing and when will help you get up and going because you have a schedule to keep. ▸ Find a favorite energy drink. Bryan from Orangtheory’s favorite is Celsius, but mine is White Monster. Both are awesome. Do you have a favorite already? Drop it in the comments below! ▸Clean up your room before going to bed. Decluttering your room will help your thoughts and attitude. ▸Turn on some music once you’re up to help you stay up and get your mind going. .
