'Hey beautiful! Today I am showing you all my facelift facial exercise routine, this is also called face yoga, so you can call it the facelift face yoga method. I would recommend starting this in your 20s, I started around the age of 21 but really you can do it later than that!   Facial exercises or facial yoga helps to tone the muscles and keep the face lifted. As we get older, gravity takes over, our skin begins to sag and we look droopy instead of toned and firm, so these exercises help to lift, tone and firm the skin.
