'These 5 \"ZUU\" movements burn fat and train your whole body'

'ZUU is a style of training taking over Australia and the rest of the world. I love it for its simplicity, animal-inspired bodyweight movements you can do anywhere to build muscle and burn fat.  This movement session was recorded during the COVID-19 lockdowns. Being inside doesn\'t mean movement has to stop. Do yourself a favour, get dancing and get your blood flowing with these 5 simple bodyweight-only exercises.
