'45 Minute Upper Body Strength & Jump Rope Workout | ACTIVATE - Day 8'

'Welcome to workout 8 of ACTIVATE and HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY HUSBAND DUSTIN!! Don\'t forget to subscribe to the channel to crush this challenge with me!   Today is an upper body and jump rope workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds for the first two rounds and then finish with a final round of 30 second non-stop circuits.  I used my 10 pound dumbbell to my 25 pound dumbbells with my lightest weight being used for back flyes and my heaviest weight being used for chest press so grab weights that work for you and let\'s crush it together!  The exercises:  1. Chest Press Both Arms  2. Chest Press Left Arm  3. Chest Press Right Arm   4. Jump Rope Boxers Shuffle 5. Knee Drivers  6. Single arm Rows Left 7. Single Arm Rows Right  8.
