'It\'s a little \"80\'s for the Ladies\" as we chisel our Arms and Abs in this srength (no cardio)  60 minute workout that is focused on upperbody and core.  Some mat work at the end to work our glutes and legs.  Dumbbells and a mat are the equipment used.  Modify where needed.'
