'Fair Use Disclaimer:  Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 106 and 106A, the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright. The use of HBO\'s \"Last Week Tonight with John Oliver\" in this video falls under the first and second factors of the fair use disclaimer. In this case, the video serves as a commentary, response, and rebuttal to the points that John Oliver makes, fairly indicating that there is a transformative nature to the content posted. In fact, the vast majority of the video is my own argumentation and discussion. Secondarily, the clips used are largely factual (comedic clips are kept out), and while certainly not a determining factor, contribute to the fair use of the content in question.
