'Barbell HIIT Circuit Aerobic Pump Workout'

'Another week, another barbell HIIT circuit. For this aerobic pump workout, you’ll need a barbell with weight plates or a pair of dumbbells. I\'m using a 20kg aerobic pump set. The cardiovascular movements mixed with weight resistance will combine for an awesome and sweaty workout. I love these workouts because they are quick and intense and give you an awesome full body workout. Yes they are short, but it’s better than no workout=). For this barbell pump workout we are doing a circuit of 10 exercises for 2 rounds. The first round will be 35 seconds on and 20 seconds off and the second round will be 35 seconds on and 25 seconds off. A little bit more breathing space to finish the workout strong. We’ll finish with some jumping jacks. This one should be tough. Hope you all enjoy it. Let’s go!  These are my personal workouts that I try to complete 4-5 times a week.
