'We dehydrated and freeze dried lemons and then made powder three ways.  After we powdered it in the blender, we placed the powder back in the dehydrator to drive off the last of the moisture.  The result was perfect lemon powder that has many uses and is shelf stable for months.  Note: Since lemonade is made from only the juice of lemons, this powder would not work well for that considering it contains both the pith and the peel.  We will do another video on how to make powder for making lemonade.'
