'Today\'s  barbell HIIT follow along workout is the ultimate workout routine targeting the total body. In this 20 min pump workout we will be focusing on 5 main lifts: squats, deadlifts, overhead press, bent over row and bench press. These compound movements are great for building strength and muscle. Each exercise will be completed 4 times with 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off. Feel free to adjust the workout to suit your level. You can extend the workout time to 40 seconds on and 20 seconds off or reduce your workout time and lift heavier. Find the right balance of time and weight and this barbell HIIT workout will be a killer. I\'m using a 20kg aerobic pump set. I\'ve also swapped out 2 sets of bench presses for pushups to get a better range of motion but if I had a bench, chess press all the way! Follow along and bring on the pump. Hope you guys enjoy it.
