'Learn how to do more pull ups with this proven method!   If you have been struggling to do more pull ups, then this tutorial will show you the quickest and most effective way to increase your pull up reps. This is the method that I personally use, and I have taught it to others with great success, so I know it really works.   If you want to make progress with your calisthenics training, it\'s essential that you master pull ups. Pull ups are the gateway to more advanced calisthenics skills like the muscle up, front lever, human flag, archer pull up, and one arm pull up, so it\'s important that you get comfortable with pull ups before you attempt any of these advanced skills.   The goal of this beginner calisthenics workout routine is to help you get comfortable with pull ups. It trains all the muscles involved in the pull up, and focuses on building the strength and endurance needed to perform multiple pull ups in a row.
