'This was the week of 4/19 and the four #Orangetheory workouts I did here in #Woodbury Minnesota.  I\'ve been slipping due to vacation and coming off of the Transformation Challenge and so I\'m talking about some changes I want to make including the idea of taking a break from #OTF.  This past month has been Marathon month and due to being away for a week and walking more I decided I didn\'t want to compete this year for another t-shirt.   Really though the point of this video is to sat STOP overthinking everything. Don\'t get down on yourself due to your heart rate dipping or really anything else, just keep working hard friends. You can do this. At 43 years old and having done this for four years I am living proof.
