'Full Body HIIT WORKOUT // With Jump Rope (30 Minutes)'

'Visit: https://www.heatherrobertson.com   Full Body HIIT WORKOUT with Jump Rope // Today I\'m dusting off the old jump rope to amp up the cardio portion in this full body HIIT workout! We are also using dumbbells to improve strength + build lean muscle. If you don\'t have a jump rope you can just pretend or sub in jumping jacks or high knees instead :)  There are 4 circuits total and you will run through each circuit twice before moving on to the next. Push through and work as hard as you can during the 45 second interval. Don\'t forget to take time after your workout to stretch and cool down. Happy Training!!
