I look like a silly fool but it is fun to do and a good workout. you need to keep your abs tight and you legs tight. go slow and try to be stable as long as possible. I want you to try and do this everyday and time your self see how long you can go. try to improve every day. your stability will increase and your nervous system will become more active.
