'Torch calories and increase your fat burning efforts with this 40 minute Tabata Torcher.  This workout is programmed to give you bursts of movement in short intervals with rest periods . The goal is to get your heart rate up, keep it up, and recover, and to challenge yourself to go stronger each time.  Track your progress in the comments.
