'9Round July Mountain Climber Challenge'

'This month, we\'re challenging you to complete 50 mountain climbers each day in addition to your regular workout routine! Mountain climbers are a GREAT exercise because they require you to engage your upper arms muscles, as well as your core and your legs.   At the end of the month, we will be giving out a prize to one participant that completes the whole challenge and keeps us updated on their progress!
