'30 MIN FULL BODY DUMBBELL TABATA HIIT WORKOUT- Intense Fat Burn'

'Join me for a full body dumbbell Tabata HIIT workout if you want to burn some calories, increase your strength, improve your endurance and coordination. This 30-minute Tabata workout is broken down into 7 separate circuits, repeated twice, with 20/10 Tabata intervals.  I am using a pair of 5kg dumbbells, which works great for this high intensity, fast paced power Tabata workout.
