'Nathan Helberg comes in and destroys the 49ersfit training staff with a 10min EMOM test. Not only did this test is physically but mentally as well. The MANA that flooded that room was unbelievable! I am very grateful to be a part of this gym and community at 49ersfit! Big Waves are coming!
