Nothing will give you that boulder shoulder look better than developing bigger side deltoid muscles. Today I wanted to show you 3 forgotten exercises that will help you get bigger looking shoulders and develop the capped deltoid look that will make you look like you have 3d shoulders. The shoulder anatomy has a front, side and rear deltoid head, but today we are focusing our attention on that middle deltoid portion that will give the illusion of bigger shoulders when looking at someone facing the front because of a wider look.
