'Workout with me! This is a re-make of my 10 Min Slimming Workout YouTube video workout on the beach in 2015! No rest between! Only 10 straight minutes and then you’re done.   5 different full body exercises (repeated in the second round) 1) Cross Over Pop Squat Jacks 2) Forward Lunge with Hamstring Curl 3) Squat, Pivot Lunge, Squat, Pop 4) Curtsey Side Lunge 5) Plank Tucks, Alt Middle & Sides Jump Rope for 40 seconds before each exercise. Follow the exercise for 20 seconds. Begin the second round immediately after the 5th exercise with no rest at all. You can do this!   Hope you enjoy the workout!   If you are a beginner you can Jump Rope for only 20 seconds and rest 20 seconds before each of the exercises.
