'Disco Pump Workout with Jan'

'Disco Pump is an aerobic workout focused on endurance while having fun and breaking a sweat. Disco pump is for everybody, all ages, every level, and it is meant to bring back the community into the fitness environment. The intensity of the movement can be moderated to fit your pace and/or range of motion. This class is a disco musical journey, and it will take you from the 70’s to 80’s.  What does disco pump do? Targets trimming of the stomach and waist. Builds the booty and tones the legs. Improves condition of your heart and lungs. increased muscular strength, endurance and motor fitness. increased aerobic fitness. improved muscle tone and strength.
